Q: What happens after the free month?

After your first free month, standard pricing applies (£200-400/month depending on your business size and complexity). You're free to continue or cancel with 30 days notice - no lock-in contract.

Q: Is there really no catch?

No catch. The first month is genuinely free. After that, if you're happy with the service and want to continue, you'll pay standard rates. If not, no problem - just give me the testimonial, case study permission, and referrals we agreed on.

Q: What if I'm months behind on my bookkeeping?

Perfect! That's exactly who this offer helps most. I'll catch you up (up to 3 months of backlog) as part of the free month. For most businesses, this catch-up work alone is worth £300-900.

Q: Do I have to use specific software?

No! I work with QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Sage, and can adapt to most systems. If you're not using software yet, I'll help you choose the best option for your business and set it up free of charge.

Q: What size business is this suitable for?

This offer works best for businesses with turnovers between £50k and £500k, with up to 250 transactions per month. If you're larger or have more complex needs, I can still help but we'll need to discuss a custom arrangement.

Month 2. After your free month (Month 1), standard monthly fees begin. I'll invoice you at the start of Month 2, payable by direct debit or bank transfer.

I'm an AAT Licensed Bookkeeper (AATQB) currently studying AAT Level 3. I have BSc, MSc, and PgCE qualifications, 2 years experience at Azets (top 10 UK accountancy firm), and 20 years of business ownership experience. I'm fully insured and AML registered.
